HOW TO ACCESS OUR SERVICES
NDIS
LIVE Allied Health Services is not a registered NDIS provider.
- Self‑Managed and Plan‑Managed participants can use their NDIS funding with us.
- NDIA‑Managed participants will need to pay privately, as the NDIS cannot fund our services.
Aged Care (HCP, CHSP, STRC)
LIVE Allied Health Services is not a registered aged‑care provider.
- We provide OT and physiotherapy as a third‑party (brokerage) provider.
- To see us, your Aged Care Provider must send a referral to LIVE Allied Health Services.
Medicare (CDM / EPC Plan)
You may be eligible for Medicare rebates for OT or physiotherapy through a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan created by your GP.
- This provides up to 5 subsidised allied health sessions per year (shared across all allied health).
- A GP referral is required.
Private Services
You can also access OT and physiotherapy privately at any time.
- No referral is needed.
- Services are provided on a fee‑for‑service basis.
